Through live, interactive group classes led by a trained Lifestyle Coach, you will receive practical guidance, encouragement, and support as you build healthier habits that fit your life
No extreme diets.
No judgment.
No prerecorded webinars.
Just real support from a live coach and people working toward similar goals.
Live Coaching. Real Conversation. Genuine Support.
This is not a self-paced course, an app-only program, or a series of prerecorded videos.
Every class is live and coach-led. You can ask questions, join the conversation, share experiences, and learn from others in a welcoming group setting. Depending on the class, programs may be offered virtually or in person.
Your Lifestyle Coach and group will help you stay motivated, work through challenges, and keep moving forward.
What Is the National Diabetes Prevention Program?
The National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP) helps people with prediabetes make realistic lifestyle changes that can prevent or delay type 2 diabetes.
This is not a quick fix or short-term diet program. It is a structured, year-long program that gives you time to practice new habits, build confidence, and create changes you can maintain.
Participants learn practical ways to make healthier food choices, become more active, manage stress, improve sleep, work toward a healthier weight, and stay motivated when life gets busy.
The goal is not perfection. The goal is steady progress through realistic changes that fit your daily life.
Wellness Five’s NDPP program includes:
22 live, coach-led group sessions over 12 months
Support from a trained Lifestyle Coach
Practical tools and resources
Encouragement and accountability
Support from people who understand what you are facing
Strategies for meals, travel, work, family life, holidays, and busy schedules
Help setting realistic goals and tracking your progress
This program can help you lower your risk of developing type 2 diabetes, improve your eating habits, increase your activity, manage stress, sleep better, have more energy, and feel more confident about your health.
