I just started following this comedian, but this clip is spot on. It's worth watching to the end but be warned; it may not be what you want to hear.

But think about it. How can we expect people to have energy, mental clarity, and feel good about themselves if they have to be kicked like a mule to do it? Logging into a health insurance portal or app, following a strict diet plan, or engaging in a rigorous exercise routine is like foaming at the mouth. So instead, we need to give our team group support, tools, and techniques that show them what happiness and health are without positivity and enabling them.
