What is the cost of doing nothing?

Last week I was at a conference and met a new friend who also happens to be an incredibly impactful business coach. As a result, I've been thinking about hiring a business coach but holding back for the following reasons.

Is this coach the right one for me?

Will I make the time and energy to get results or keep making excuses?

How different will my life be if I make this investment?

Of course, these are essential questions to ask! Whether it's investing in your business like I am or doing what you told yourself you'd do when you decided to lose weight, feel better, or avoid getting on multiple medications.

What is the cost of doing nothing?

That's the question I keep turning over in my mind. How will I feel about not having made the time, energy, and investment a year from now? Do I think I will feel better emotionally, mentally, and physically about myself? Will I regret staying stagnant instead of leaning into the fear of change?

I thought this might be a helpful question for you to ponder, as it relates to the small investment of time it takes to plan my meals for the next day, the night before.

What will your life look like at the end of this year if you choose to do nothing and stay where you are?

Warmly,
