Who We Are:

Wellness Five is excited to announce our partnership with a 1,110-person South Carolina-based municipality. Together, we are launching a wellness-centered initiative to attract, identify, and retain top-tier talent. By fostering employee well-being on a holistic level, we’re improving health and helping build a more robust, more engaged workforce.

Why Now:

The need for effective talent recruitment and retention has never been more urgent, especially as municipalities face challenges in maintaining public trust. This trust deficit impacts their ability to address critical community issues and provide quality service to residents. By ensuring employees feel supported and empowered, we can help rebuild public confidence, ensuring the right people are in place to serve the community effectively.

What We’re Doing:

We’re delivering our signature Holistic Healthy Habits Program, which focuses on five key areas of well-being. This program teaches employees sustainable lifestyle changes that enhance their health, vitality, and overall quality of life. When people feel their best, they perform their best at home and in the workplace. Moreover, when potential employees know that an employer cares and provides holistic health and well-being programs, they are motivated to work for you, and top talent is less likely to leave.

This initiative began yesterday and is a 3-month journey.

Results Expected:

We aim to see a significant improvement in the talent pipeline within the next six months, doubling the number of right-fit candidates applying for positions and hiring/retaining at least 30 team members across various departments.
