Lisa Burbage is a health and wellness coach. Focusing on lifestyle changes, she works with people, organizations and communities to inspire, educate and provide accountability around creating healthy lifestyle habits. By learning how to practice a healthier lifestyle, one can lose weight, have more energy, look better, feel better, get off medications and prevent or delay getting cancer, cardiovascular disease, dementia, diabetes and even arthritis.


Coaching involves working together for a minimum of 5 weeks. Focused on fives areas of wellness, the Healthy Habits package includes group wellness calls, detailed handouts, action plans, and private, accountability sessions either in-person, by phone or through tele-conferencing.


Health and wellness programs are offered to corporate, private and public groups. We can customize our offerings for any organization seeking to educate and motivate their teams around healthy living.


Wellness Five has achieved full recognition from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) to offer their Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) for corporate, government, private and public groups: Offered for groups of 10 or more, this year-long program includes a curriculum approved by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) to prevent or delay Type 2 Diabetes. Over the course of the first six months, there are 2-3 meetings per month for one hour each. Over the second six months, participants meet once per month.
