Lisa Burbage is a health and wellness coach. Focusing on lifestyle changes, she works with people, organizations and communities to educate and motivate around creating healthy lifestyle habits. By learning how to practice a healthier lifestyle, one can lose weight, have more energy, look better, feel better, get off medications and prevent or delay getting cancer, cardiovascular disease, dementia, diabetes and even arthritis.

Coaching involves a wellness five coach coming on-site to the client’s place of business and conducting coaching sessions with employees. All of the Healthy Habits programs includes group wellness sessions, workbook, training modules, detailed handouts, action plans, and on-site accountability.

Wellness Five has achieved full recognition from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) to offer their Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) for corporate, government, private and public groups: Offered for groups of 10 or more, this program includes a curriculum approved by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) to prevent or delay Type 2 Diabetes.
