As both a Corporate instigator and personal participant of Lisa’s class, I can attest to the positive influence of the program materials as well as her expertise on myself and my fellow classmates. Half of our participants saw at least a 5% drop in body weight and a quarter of them worked their way up to exercising at least 150 minutes per week. The most impressive result was several employees were actually able to get off of medications.
